If you feel your swing is too fast, please try the following troubleshooting techniques:
Try a lower speed setting :
If the low setting provides too much swinging motion for the child, try placing one end of a blanket underneath the child and let the other end of the blanket drape down while swinging.

Plz, remember that the lighter the child is in the swing, the higher the swing can swing and the faster it will seem. In high chair mode, you may use your Swing to High Chair in the upright position only by children capable of sitting up unassisted; 50 pounds maximum. Use the restraint system until your child can get in and out of the product unassisted (about 2 ½ years old).
Helping the optimize performance and great for long-term using purpose we recommend using alkaline batteries with our product. We never recommend using Carbon-Zink Batteries. Well working with low-power devices by Carbon-Zinc batteries, they can drain after a short period and cause certain products to not function properly.
